Breathing Guided for Kid
Sit comfortably, hand on belly. Inhale deeply, feel belly rise. Exhale slowly, feel belly fall. Repeat for 5-10 breaths.
Sit comfortably, close right nostril. Inhale left nostril, exhale right. Switch sides, repeat 5-10 times.
Sit comfortably, close eyes. Inhale deeply through nose. Exhale, make bee-like humming. Repeat for 5-10 rounds.
